The windows are short and locally measured
Renewal is due within 35 days of the term expiring at the normal fee, with a six-month grace period after that. The anniversary is measured from the registration date on the Nepali register — computed here in both BS and AD.
CONSEQUENCE
Miss it and the mark is cancelled — automatically
An unrenewed Nepalese registration is cancelled and anyone — including a competitor — can then apply to register the mark. Deadline discipline is the entire game, and it is tracked from Kathmandu.

Renewal applications use the Schedule 2(f) format with fees paid per class through local banking. Filing early is accepted practice — most renewals are lodged before the anniversary rather than after.

Track year 7 and year 14
A patent runs 7 years from registration (Section 8) and can be renewed only twice, for 7 years each (Section 23B) — the 21-year cap is absolute.
