Monitoring limitations

Our trademark monitoring service screens new publications in the Department of Industry's Industrial Property Bulletin against the criteria you provide. No monitoring service can guarantee complete coverage: data entry errors, late publications, format changes or system limitations at the Department level may cause publications to be missed or delayed. You remain responsible for your own portfolio decisions.
